Registration procedures

The cost of registration with CITÉ+ is CAD $167.60 per year, which gives you access to the online service. Each transaction is also invoiced at a cost of CAD $8.10.

You can pay on line by credit card.

A minimum amount of CAD $20 must be paid into your client account before you submit your first request. A sum of CAD $8.10 will be debited to your account for each transaction. Your new account balance will be displayed immediately on screen.


IMPORTANT NOTICE

Since July 15, 2026, Cité+ has been gradually replaced by a new digital service, CitéMTL. During this transition, it is no longer possible to pay subscription fees or make new deposits into your Cité+ virtual wallet.

Do you have funds available in your Cité+ virtual wallet? Continue using the service until they are depleted, until the end of your subscription, or until Cité+ closes on September 30, 2026. After that date, the virtual wallet balance and the remaining portion of your annual subscription will be refunded to one of the credit cards you used for transactions in Cité+.

Clients authorized to use CitéMTL, namely lawyers, mortgage lenders, and notaries, who wish to replenish their virtual wallet or renew their subscription, may now subscribe to the new digital service. The subscription process is described on the https://montreal.ca/en/access-citemtl on Montréal.ca.

Other professions may use Evalweb, a free online service that allows users to consult property assessment roll data for properties in the Greater Montreal area.
